Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, purchases, and travel services provided by Bharat Explorers Tours, a tour and travel agency registered in India, with its principal office located at Jaipur. By booking a tour, trip, or any service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Booking and Confirmation
  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person through our authorized agents.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment and issue a written confirmation or invoice.
  • The Client must provide accurate personal details (full name as per passport, contact information, etc.) when booking.
  • All travel arrangements are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Payments
  • A non-refundable deposit of [Insert % or Amount] is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
