These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, purchases, and travel services provided by Bharat Explorers Tours, a tour and travel agency registered in India, with its principal office located at Jaipur. By booking a tour, trip, or any service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Booking and Confirmation
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person through our authorized agents.
A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment and issue a written confirmation or invoice.
The Client must provide accurate personal details (full name as per passport, contact information, etc.) when booking.
All travel arrangements are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Payments

The Client is responsible for obtaining insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, and personal belongings.
